This post is a little late but never mind.
On Easter day my family and myself went round to my grandmother's house for easter dinner and festivities.
I decided to make some cupcakes because I was bored and knew they'd be delicious. :D
They ended up being HUGE and there was a good tablspoon and a half of batter in each cup but they tasted good and looked adorable so no one cared.
Everyone seemed to enjoy them at least. :)
After I moved back down to Bournemouth i found this recipe which sounded delicious so i tried it.
I substituted fresh peaches with canned ones as peaches are out of season right now.
They taster really nice but the icing was too runny. no matter how much icing sugar i added it wouldn't thicken up. very annoying. but the taste is what matters really. :D
